Came later than expected. The boxes were delivered in 2 shipments left under my apartment stairs in the public breezeway with no heads up (Not Wayfair’s fault). It was easy enough to build, but it’s extremely firm. Personally, I don’t care because it’s a big couch for a relatively cheap price nobody sits on it but me anyways. Hope this helps. Anonymous. My significant other is still trying to figure out how to put this together, somehow he did this with it (see image) and currently it’s a chair instead of a storage loveseat. The fabric is really soft and the pillows are quite fluffy. They come very flat and take a several days to fully puff up. Hopefully he’ll figure out the full secret to assembly success and I’ll be able to report back with the loveseat reveal. It does make a nice chair so far. The seating seems to be very sturdy. It is pictured with the Primiana 38.2" wide Modern and Overstuffed Soft Chenille Swivel and Rocker reclinder, a tray from Joss and Main, and we purchased an additional ottoman (the Leo ottoman, which matches perfectly). I left one star out because of the screws for the corner seat. They're not long enough so you really got to stuff the alley key in there. Overall the couch is decent and this is a 2-3 person job due to weight. Also a different more precise manual comes in the package than what's on the website. It's very comfortable and has a movie night feel to it. The cushions sink you into the couch almost so all you need is a blanket. Wrist and fingers will hurt from all the twisting but it's worth it. Says a screwdriver is needed but it's not. The alley key is way more useful because of how the screws are shaped at the top. It's a little wide but still fits in my cottage-sized living space. There is a new couch scent so baking soda and vacuuming is a must if you can't stand it but like most new furniture it will eventually dissipate. I am very pleased with this sectional. It provides plenty of comfortable seating without making the room feel overcrowded. The cushions are supportive but still soft enough for relaxing, watching television, or spending time with family.
