This was very easy to assemble. My husband put it together by himself. The material seems to be fairly durable and the roll up windows have screen netting. The door has double zippers. This also comes with a mister system that hooks along the top, center pole inside. It does not come with flooring. The flooring in the pictures we added. We’re really happy with this greenhouse overall. The size is perfect—not too overwhelming, but still big enough to actually do something with. It feels like a great starter option if you’re getting into gardening without wanting to go all-in on something massive or super expensive. Assembly was definitely the biggest challenge. My husband put it together on his own (which… respect), but he said having a second person would make a huge difference—and honestly, even a third if you want it done quickly. That said, the instructions were clear and easy to follow, and all the parts were really well organized in the boxes, which helped a lot. Most of the hiccups were just from doing it solo. The only minor issue we’ve noticed is the door—it was pretty snug at first. We think one of the wood pieces may have been slightly bowed, but it’s already starting to loosen up and work better the more we use it. We love the look of it, and it feels like a solid setup for the price. It also didn’t feel overwhelming to prep the base (we did gravel), which was a big plus. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this for a first greenhouse—especially if you’ve got the space and want to start a larger garden without overcomplicating things. Overall it’s difficult structure to assemble. The instructions say three people to help with it. I attempted it alone and it is tricky , you need a large floor space to make the assembly easier. The instructions are OK, there was some times I got stuck and had to take a few pieces apart to get it right. It’s not perfect and it does have a lot of flaws . The seams and some areas where the polycarbonate panels go there is air gaps which I’m not sure will help keep the air inside warm during cooler months. I will eventually alter it once I know how I want it. But the major issue I had was the height of the overall greenhouse. I will have to lift it by putting down a block foundation. It is a very nice looking greenhouse but I feel that you will need to do some altering to get it right. Possibly silicone some areas of the panels and this was you can make it air tight and then control the airflow yourself with the hatch on the roof. The door will also need some kind of weather stripping to help seal it. Again I’m thinking cooler months. I’m highly disappointed with this greenhouse. I spent over $600 for this for my mom’s birthday and combined Mother’s Day gift ordering on April 27. It took a very long time to assemble and finally completed and installed it yesterday, July 30. Our first rain and isolated thunderstorm came the very next day and panels have already blown out without wind gusts exceeding 14mph. It feels incredibly cheap and flimsy and I feel so scammed I’m sick. Mind you my mother has spent an additional amount of money for the foundation including a large rock sidewalk. Fits in my space well and was relatively easy to assemble over a weekend; need two people, and to pay attention to the instructions (there are no words, but the pictures are complete). Sealing each panel with silicone (both inside and outside the greenhouse) greatly increased the integrity of the structure and sealed some gaps where the panels did not perfectly align with the frame (likely due to building on a flat patio, but not preparing a level surface). I highly recommend this product. (N.B. I had my screwgun set to Drill/Hole/Strongest setting, which over-tightened the bolts and embedded them in the aluminum frame; switching to setting "1"/low tightened enough and allowed releasing the nuts/bolts as needed throughout the building process; I re-tightened everything on a middle setting after assembly was complete.). [Drainage System & Galvanized Base]The drainage gutter system can effectively drain water from the greenhouse to the outside. The sloped roof won't accumulate water on the top. alvanized base can be better fixed in the soil and protects the greenhouse from bad weather.

Everything arrived in good condition with all the parts. The directions were not easy to understand and the small pictures did not show any details. We ended up taking sections apart several times to flip the part a different direction. Parts were well labeled with numbers that corresponded to the directions but some bags had two parts which added to the time searching. We spent about 6 hours the first day and got the frame assembled but stopped when we tried to attach the window vent. After thinking about it overnight, we figured out the vent and then progressed to the plexiglass installation which was pretty easy. We screwed the greenhouse down to a deck we built for it and we hope it will hold up to any wind. For the price, I think it will work perfectly for my sister’s small garden needs.
