The tile is lovely, but we haven't installed it yet, so I can't comment on the final result. Added: It's now several months later, and I love the tile. People who come to visit often say how pretty it is. However, if used in a bathroom, it is very slippery when wet, or if you have wet feet. I have to be really careful not to slip and fall.. Melanie. Maiolica is a versatile collection that combines style, subtleness, and charm thanks to its great combination of possibilities.

The tiles are a gorgeous color and the look is so nice. We ordered this in 2 shipments and the first shipment was perfect, not one broken tile, but the second shipment was a mess with many broken tiles BUT Wayfair stood by their product and offered great solutions.. Looks great! Quality is very sturdy. Great product for the price, compared to major retailers. The stone came mostly together, we unfortunately did have one of the pieces break before we even opened the box. This stone gives the illusion that the full tile is made of stone, when it is just the front face that is designed to look like stone. Even though it mimics the stone, it adds a great touch to our kitchen. Would highly recommend if you have lots of outlets in your kitchen and need something that doesnt pop out a bunch, while giving this rustic look.. Brandon. Connecticut. Mon May 11 2026

I was SO happy to find this product on Wayfair! I needed about 50 of these because of broken tiles in my home; this stone is in several rooms. I literally could not find the size I needed anywhere on the Internet; I looked for hours. The product arrived in perfect condition and matched what I had; I can't even calculate what it would have cost to remove all my existing tiles because I could not repair it.. Margaret. Villa Lagoon Tile's cement tiles are hand-crafted by master artisans using a process over 150 years old. The low-energy non-fired decorative tiles are produced from cement, mineral pigments, ground marble dust, and sand, then pressed and cured to produce one of the most beautiful surfaces on the market. The hand-made nature of cement tile means that no two tiles are alike, with color and pattern variations that give it a beauty similar to natural stone and hardwood surfaces. With proper sealant and care, cement tile makes a great durable surface for residential or commercial floors, walls, and creative uses indoors and outdoors. Note: Cement tiles need to be sealed once or twice, before grouting and general usage.
