This 12 inch to 18 inch high metal platform bed transforms bedrooms. Its ample clearance hides clutter—bins, sweaters, toys—keeping floors clear. Reinforced steel stays silent, even for midnight moves or kids’ play. The sleek matte black frame blends with any decor; add a headboard/footboard via pre-drilled holes. No box spring needed—slats support mattresses, saving space and money. More than a bed: a solution for chaos, noise, and style shifts.

The head and foot of this bed frame feature a unique arch design that not only enhances aesthetic appeal but also prevents the mattress from sliding. It enables you to maintain a minimalist style without compromising on functionality. With a height from the ground, this bed frame is perfect for taller mattresses or those who prefer their bed lower to the ground. It can accommodate mattress thicknesses ranging from 6 to 12 inches. This feature is especially useful for families with young children as it allows them to easily climb up and down the bed. Even if your child is playful and accidentally falls off the bed, the low height greatly reduces the likelihood of injury.

Not heavy duty at all, didn’t even last 7 months. The center support wasn’t even welded all the way around. The center support snapped when my wife went to lay down. She fell and smacked her ankle on the frame on the way down. Without the center support, it’s a straight shot to the floor. The support ribs won’t do anything without it. Thankfully the mattress was much sturdier. Stay away from this product.. Anonymous. Fri Sep 11 2026

This platform bed updates your home with a vintage-inspired look that blends seamlessly into any traditional or farmhouse setup. Constructed from steel, it features a slatted headboard and footboard that introduce an airy, open profile to your arrangement. Center support legs work alongside the perimeter frame to deliver a stable sleeping foundation that handles everyday use smoothly. Because the system includes its own steel slats, your mattress rests directly on the base to simplify your setup. Plus, it features an adjustable headboard height so you can easily customize the clearance to suit your specific mattress thickness.

The bed frame is simple but quite pretty and sturdy. The low profile footboard doesn’t cut into a small room - helps to keep it open. And there are two height choices. The taller choice allows for a nice space underneath for storage. The only thing I worry about is the plastic spacers that keep the crossbars for the platform in place. If a person needed to take the bed apart for any reason, I would worry that those spacers would wear out.. Michele. Harlingen, TX. Thu May 14 2026

This metal platform bed pairs a clean-lined silhouette with an open frame to create a balanced look in your space. The metal construction provides a structured foundation, while the arched headboard introduces vertical spindles for a vintage-inspired aesthetic. Its low profile keeps the design feeling airy, making it easy to incorporate into various decor styles. Integrated slats support your mattress without the need for a box spring, maintaining a streamlined form. Plus, the open clearance underneath offers extra room for keeping essentials tucked away.

Restful minimalism. Fresh and fuss-free, this airy bed frame is defined by its clean lines + use of negative space. It’s crafted from stainless steel and features a wooden mattress platform, so you can skip the box spring. A low profile and built-in headboard give you lots of placement options.

【Fashionable and Practical】Our bed frame features an elegant design that combines style and timeless beauty, enhancing the sophistication of your bedroom. The corners are carefully rounded, making it easy to clean with just a damp cloth. Its modern style effortlessly blends with any home decor, adding a touch of elegance and refinement to your space.

I purchased this new bed frame because I am replacing my mattress, and I want more storage. I would have loved a wood frame - same size. I had to default to metal for nearly a third of the price. Next year perhaps. The legs of this frame allow for around 9” of under bed storage. You cab see in my photos my old box spring which is half height and accommodated my old double pillow top mattress. I put off replacing the old mattress too long and so I am so excited to sleep on it! This Bed frame is easy to assemble, bery sturdy, and the only reason for using my old box spring is for the height. The frame has strong cross bars which are the only frame supports you need.
