Looks and feels great! Very very soft, and the grip on the back side of the carpet works well keeping it from sliding around the floor or when people are walking on it. After unrolling the carpet and placing it in position, it didn’t take much to flatten out the corners, a couple books on them for only a couple hours did the trick.
