Softer than expected; my dog loves to lay on it and even though he has light hair that shows up on the darker background color, the pattern is complex enough that it doesn't look dirty too quickly. Beautiful color and pattern! Sophisticated soft sage greens and rust-orange/gold flower accents (not "pink" thankfully). The short pile is very soft and the rug size is accurate. No wrinkles after a light steam. The wrinkles were minimal and were smoothing out after placing a weighted board on top - I just got impatient and wanted a quick fix - so since the manufacturer also suggested an iron could be used - I just substituted my steam mop and it worked great. These carpet tiles are okay. They are decently rasy to install. Here are the downsides. First, the variation isnt quite as colorfully varied as I personally would have preferred. Softer than expected; my dog loves to lay on it and even though he has light hair that shows up on the darker background color, the pattern is complex enough that it doesn't look dirty too quickly.
