Overall I am very happy with the floor vents I ordered. I was in need of replacing all the floor vents in my 225 year old home as I am repairing updating for todays lifestyle. Majority of the vents of this old one room school house have the floor vents in front of the doors when entering each room. I need something strong firm. These fit the bill perfectly. They pull their weight! The brown color floor grills are perfect! I order one in white the paint does not have a smooth finish and overspray with drip appearance, which is a big disappointment. Zodax diffuser oil is the best youll use. Be patient with the porcelain diffusers vs. reeds. It takes quite a while, much longer than the 24 hours the directions state, to start smelling the diffusion of oil. I usually baste the porcelain first. Pour over a small amount onto the porcelain in a small bowl. Then, I use a pipette to baste the oil over by the dropper-ful. A teaspoon would work fine. Essential oils and fragrance oil are caustic. They will erode plastic! Use a glass or ceramic bowl. Now your porcelain is ready and is primed to uptake the oil and diffuse. I get compliments a lot on my Zodax diffusers.. Yvonne. Sun Sep 15 2024
