Here is my review of the Patiowell 8x8 Resin Storage Shed. First, Wayfair made the entire purchasing process seamless. Their website was easy to navigate, customer service was professional, and the FedEx deliveries (which arrived in two separate shipments) were handled quickly and efficiently. The shed arrived in five large boxes, and the FedEx delivery driver handled everything with care by placing the boxes neatly in the driveway. I was impressed with the thoughtful packaging. The components were securely protected with layers of Styrofoam, cardboard, and plastic straps to prevent damage during shipping. The shed itself feels sturdy, durable, and solid. Once all of the parts were organized, the instructions became easy to follow during construction. This project definitely requires two people, as many sections need to be assembled on the ground and then lifted into place. Once the base floor is completed, the rest of the build flows together step-by-step, including the walls, frame, roof, and doors. For tools and preparation, I highly recommend having a cordless drill, painter’s tape, extra bolts, and caulking for sealing the seams. Overall, assembling the shed was challenging and took about six hours to complete. Patience, organization, and a few extra supplies are essential for a smooth installation. The Suncast 8x10 Shed is a nice addition to our property for our storage needs. I will admit the process of putting together the shed was not as easy as other reviews had suggested (however that is probably user error). Having a level base is extremely important as any uneven surface will cause the roofing and doors to not align as needed and will create some issues while putting it together. You need to set aside a full day or two to assemble this thing, BUT I will say that the instructions are thorough and correct,,,, all the pieces were accounted for, and once assembled it's fairly sturdy,,,, though if you live in a high wind area you may want to consider a different shed. For us though, after placing it against a wall and in the corner, no worries about the wind. Looks nice, needs some sort of latching hardware for one door,,, I used magnets. Arrived in two very big heavy boxes… directions easy enough to follow but there are A LOT of steps and even more pieces! It took 3 adults about 2 days to put this together but it was totally worth it! The resin material is great quality and will hold up to our Michigan weather.
