My packages came into separate shipments. Both drivers were very professional and efficient and timely. The process itself was a bit frustrating as the original shipment was delayed by four days, and the second package. They didn’t even know where it was. Originally ordered July 2 and now has shown up on the 14th so 12 days. There was a big lack of communication in the process in what I could expect regarding the delivery. I love shopping at Wayfair and will probably continue to do so, but this particular purchase was very frustrating.. Craig. Minneapolis, MN. Sun Jul 26 2026

The color, size and material of this sectional are great. The one cushion did come with a tear in it however the seller responded to my report quickly and sent out a replacement. I will say that putting it together was a little difficult. There is a lip on all the pieces next to the brackets that make it hard to line up and slide in. We found that if you put the piece on its side it slid together easier. It is also very comfortable. I wish the back cushions came with velcro on the back of them like the seat cushions do to help them stay in place better. All in all a very nice sectional. Andrea. Harrisburg, PA. Thu Jul 23 2026

AMAZING sectional. Very comfortable, feels almost like a cloud couch. The color is more leaning toward light grey, but can still match beige settings, more of a greige color. The only thing that kept me from giving it 5 stars is that you can't wash the couches because they are sown to the seats, but again this gives it a nice well arranged look. I personally love it!. Buying a sectional sight unseen using only a fabric swatch and the one or two images available in the listing was stressful. I'm happy I purchased this sectional. I replaced a worn-out entry-level sectional that fit my space perfectly. The challenge was to find a left-hand facing sectional that was very similar in size. This sectional is almost an exact match. It's within an inch in any dimension the same as my old sectional. I got the Sunbrella fabric in Spectrum Indigo. I'm impressed with the build quality of the sectional. Time will tell how well it holds up to everyday wear and tear. (I have two cats) The cushions are on the firm side and the seat is a bit higher than what I was used to but I find it to be very comfortable and wonderful to sleep on. Shipping was quicker than expected and the delivery was flawless. Wayfair custom upholstery is a win in my book with this item!. Eric. Paducah, KY. Sun May 25 2025
