I really love this 7x9 rug! The color is beautiful, and the rug is very soft and comfortable. I will say that the border is definitely purple—not plum or dark burgundy as I expected. Took a star off for that. UPDATE: I can't get past the purple color...everyday it's more noticeable and does not look good with my furniture. Will return although I have to pay for the shipping. ;(. I'm really happy with this rug, the colours are exactly what I was looking for to work with my flooring and the furniture. In the photos, the lighter bars on either end of the rug are a teensy less noticable than I was expecting they'd be. Not really a complaint, just something I noticed. The tiny complaint I do have is that there are random darker threads in the mix, mostly not noticeable but a few are. It doesn't ruin the look though so I'm happy.. Christie. Milton, ON. So I ended up returning this item but I give it 5 stars anyways because the problem was that it didn't match my existing furniture, not that there was anything wrong with it. If my furniture had a different colour tone I would have kept it. It does lean into a somewhat of a tan colour and it's nice, just didn't work in my room.. Christie. Milton, ON. Sat Jun 06 2026
