Love this couch! It's comfortable & feels high quality. The assembly wasn't too bad. I wasn't aware each side would plug in separate but that's not a big deal. The lumbar heat & power reclining with the cup holders really do it for me. The massage is more of a vibration, it's not super loud & my upstairs neighbors hear it slightly (wouldn't recommend if you have downstairs neighbors though).
