Great product. The wood is beautiful and looks to be well sealed. I was able to put the hammock stand together on my own in about 2 hours. It would’ve only taken an hour however I had to take it a part and start over. All the pieces and the holes aligned well. A couple of tips I wish I had before starting: the larger holes need to be on the outside of the frame, not the inside - the instructions do not make this clear. This hammock stand is HUMONGOUS! I ordered it based on reviews and size being meant for the 2-person hammock. I know there are two sizes available and with what I read, I’m supposed to get the bigger size. But when it arrived, my 2-person hammock’s chain couldn’t reach the hooks. This hammocks design is so flawed it is unusable. The hammock when pulled tight enough to keep your back from hitting the bottom wooden arc is so tight at the edges it flips over. The metal bars that came to secure the wooden pieces together were bent and made putting this hammock together a nightmare. I really like this hammock stand. It is sturdy and portable enough to take on a road trip. The hammock itself seems good quality except I wish the cloth had been hemmed on the edge instead of a raw selvage. But other than that, it’s a great value for the price.
