I took a chance with the sofa and also ordered 2 of the loveseats to coordinate at this firepit area. It needs to be put together and was somewhat time consuming as each piece comes in it's own box and is packaged well with lots of padding etc. Also, some of the holes didn't line up and needed to be drilled out a bit to make the screws fit so beware of that. I have the sofa separated in the middle and am waiting for small side tables to be off backorder to coordinate with this. The cushions are thick and the white is bright white. Delivered in two well packaged large boxes. Came with clear and visual directions with well labeled parts. It was time consuming but very intuitively made and easy to assemble; took me two evenings of 3-4 hours each to assemble all of it piece by piece. All parts were made of high quality and consistent, no irregularity, now that's good QC! Clamps were the hardest to put on but I followed all instructions.
