Then I hooked everything up and installed the fixture and the fan worked but the lights did not. I had a friend test the wires and the wires coming from the ballast were not getting power for the lights so I called wayfair today and they are sending me a replacement ballast. I am very impressed with customer service and completely satisfied even with the product its self having a little fault.. Joshua. Fall River, MA. Mon Sep 14 2026
