I purchased this couch and both boxes came damaged and parts that were in the box were damaged as well. I did reach out to Wayfair and they immediately made it right by offering me a discount because of this. I also had some missing screws/bolts and had to go to the hardware store to finish making the couches. It is not the easiest thing to put together, but once you figure it out, it straightforward. The video that’s on. The instructions also helps. It’s a very cute looking couch and surprisingly is very comfortable! I was a little worried when I saw the cushions but it is very comfy. I overall enjoy it as well as the look of it! It is very sturdy. To make the couch bigger I put the other two chairs together with this couch to make it longer, however, I am able to make them either individual chairs or a loveseat. They’d also do come with hooks if that’s the right word to connect the couches underneath so they do not split apart! Love my new set! It was delivered quickly, and the packaging was impeccable. I cant speak to the durability as we just got it. I took extra precaution and sprayed all the cushion inserts with waterproof spray. Weve had a couple rains and the set gets barely wet. We do have it under a gazebo, so mostly protected by but still can get pretty wet depending on direction of rain and wind. Assembly was pretty easy once we got going. I think its very comfortable. This is a really nice set that looks more expensive than the price. The wicker is a brown, gray but more on the brown side. It does require a lot of work to put together after it took 3 days to put together two chairs I bought an attachment for my drill to do the work of the Allen wrench Ok now a warning- DO NOT EVER BUY OPEN BOX. I bought this open box and found out the real hard way that open box also includes products that are missing pieces and then they just resell it and offer no customer service with the missing pieces. I am not sure how this is legal to knowingly sell items that don’t work. Nice set. Got the blue cushions. The pillows are not the best but they’ll do until I get new ones. Was a little difficult to put together at first but once we got the hang of it, it was easier.
