If you read line by line it will be pretty easy to install. Between 2 people it took about 5 hours with breaks along the way. Again read line by line. There was a few latches that oneone side were place differently than the opposite side. We got stuck here for about 30 min before realizing it was incorrect. Hardest part is the roof.. Sylvia. The Suncast 8x10 Shed is a nice addition to our property for our storage needs. I will admit the process of putting together the shed was not as easy as other reviews had suggested (however that is probably user error). Having a level base is extremely important as any uneven surface will cause the roofing and doors to not align as needed and will create some issues while putting it together. Overall for price and size this shed is worth it. My only other suggestion would be to anchor it down to protect against adverse weather.. Anonymous. Cheshire County, NH. Mon May 04 2026

With two people, the assembly was doable! It did take us longer than anticipated (6+ hours while taking our time). The instructions are a very detailed, which is key honestly. I do wish that more of the finer details were magnified in the instructions. Every piece is light enough for one person lifting. The tools (except for a drill of course, so I recommend having one) are provided, and every piece is clear labeled (screws as well). My only complaint is about the flooring. When using a ladder or wearing hard bottom shoes, some parts began to crack slightly. It's not that big of a deal though adding a mat, foam padding, or wood will do the trick. Every piece was included and measured precisely. Happy building!. Keyron. Brooklyn, NY. Wed Jun 03 2026

The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because I went through hell to get the assembly person to come put it together and the door is a bit unaligned. Besides that it looks really nice and I have a nice home for my yard equipment.. Amaechi. Fri Aug 07 2026

Here is my review of the Patiowell 8x8 Resin Storage Shed. First, Wayfair made the entire purchasing process seamless. Their website was easy to navigate, customer service was professional, and the FedEx deliveries (which arrived in two separate shipments) were handled quickly and efficiently. The shed arrived in five large boxes, and the FedEx delivery driver handled everything with care by placing the boxes neatly in the driveway. I was impressed with the thoughtful packaging. The components were securely protected with layers of Styrofoam, cardboard, and plastic straps to prevent damage during shipping. The shed itself feels sturdy, durable, and solid. Once all of the parts were organized, the instructions became easy to follow during construction. This project definitely requires two people, as many sections need to be assembled on the ground and then lifted into place. Once the base floor is completed, the rest of the build flows together step-by-step, including the walls, frame, roof, and doors. For tools and preparation, I highly recommend having a cordless drill, painter’s tape, extra bolts, and caulking for sealing the seams. Overall, assembling the shed was challenging and took about six hours to complete. Patience, organization, and a few extra supplies are essential for a smooth installation. In the end, I am extremely happy with both the quality of the shed and my overall experience with Wayfair.. Eddie. South San Francisco, California. Sun May 17 2026

It's a very nice shed and it went easily until it was time to line up the roof with the walls. It took two people, shimming back-and-forth, to finally line it up.. Lorelei. Beverly Hills, CA. Mon May 04 2026
