So soft!! The colors are darker than shown but it is still beautiful. The gray is a beige gray not a true gray. There’s a dark almost midnight blue and a wedgewood blue and white also. I did call and they are sending out the rug I actually ordered. I am now supposed to send back the ‘wrong rug’ even though it was 100% the fault of Wayfair. I have to take it to FedEx in the original package or get a box I was told. Wayfair should send a FedEx truck to my home and pick up this item.
