Came in missing parts. The he sofa was missing the side brackets to slide the side piece on. The company immediately sent out the brackets. Problem was, we were unable to get them on there perfectly so we just left it off. Pros: good manufacture to purchase from, the quality it good, and when sitting on it as a chair it’s comfortable. Cons: the reclining part I'm not impressed with. When you recline it as far as it goes, it’s not for tall people (meaning over 5’7”) your feet overhang. Came as advertised, had a small issue but the manufacturer was able to resolve. The couch is a bit firm but I'm sure over time it'll even out. The medium feel is the perfect balance—soft enough to cushion pressure points, yet firm enough to keep my back properly aligned. I wake up without the usual stiffness or soreness, which is a huge plus. The pocket coils make a noticeable difference. Each coil responds individually, so there’s minimal motion transfer and the mattress contours nicely to the body without feeling too soft or saggy. The pressure relief is especially good around the shoulders and hips, making it great for side sleepers but still supportive for back sleepers too. Even though it’s only 10 inches thick, it feels solid and well-built. It expands quickly after unboxing, and there was very little odor. I love my new couch! I got the Herring cove aqua fabric. I like this fabric because it has olefin in it so it will not wear easily. It is a very firm sofa but I like that. I don't like sinking down into things. Plus, I think it will last a long time. I was very happy with Western Peaks Logistics , the delivery company that delivered it. In the shower, hip height is sufficient as a lower limit; there you should perhaps opt for the 24" wallbar or you could go for a 36" wallbar depending on your needs. It brings incredible amounts of freedom of movement, making it perfect for families with children and grandparents. It was easy to slice open the plastic wrapping it came in without fear of touching the mattress with a sharp edge because a special little tool is provided to do exactly that. And it was fairly easy to maneuver it around by myself to get it centered on the bed slats.
