Have it up for the second season. Good quality but should be made stronger where poles are attached. Had to put gorilla tape over the tares. update - this past summer it tore so much it has to be replaced. Someone should design these with stronger fabric. Update july 2024. Exactly what I needed, literally. Same heavy fabric as original awning from same company. Fits frame as original did. Fabric lasts about 4-5 years, so needs replacement.
