I received my couch yesterday and I'm quite pleased. It seems to be very sturdy and good quality. The seat cushions are very stiff, but I'm hoping they soften up with time so it will be more comfortable. The back cushions are nice and comfy. It had a smell when it first arrived, but that was gone within hours. I gave it four stars due to the stiffness of the cushions (but in all fairness, the couches I sat on at the furniture stores were the same). UPDATE: 6 months later...I love this couch. This sofa looks absolutely amazing in person and is well worth the value! I’m really happy with the overall look and feel. The only issue I ran into was during assembly. The platformbase that goes underneath the cushions doesn’t seem to sit exactly where it’s supposed to. I believe it will still be fine to sit on and use, but it’s definitely something worth noting. I also ordered the matching loveseat and had the exact same issue with that piece, so it doesn’t seem to be isolated to just the sofa. I purchased 2 of these sofas to stage/furnish a lake house project. I loved the fact they were slipcovers & for my space, they were the perfect size. I was able to put them (both) together by myself in a couple hours so that was a plus as well! They are not the most 'soft' sofas I've ever owned but maybe with time they'll soften.
