This Presenza Laundry Sink is perfect for what I need without spending thousands on a decent quality sink to replace a cheap plastic one I had for way too long. I have been waiting a while to find a sink that would fit into my space and also wide and deep enough for my dog to fit into. The cabinet came unassembled but my husband said it was pretty easy to put together and we were both impressed it had soft close doors! We had a plumber install the sink, so I cannot comment if it is difficult as a DYI; however, our plumber was very pleased how everything fit nicely into place. The faucet is impressive, but it's new! I really like the overall vibe of this sink and it is really nicely made. However, there were a couple issues I had to deal with. I had to cut a part of the back of the drawer for it to close with the plumbing. And it was challenging for me to identify an easy way to fix this without modifying the drawer. The good news is this worked out okay for me. The second issue I had (and this is likely just personal preference) is the actual sink was stainlessbrushed finish and the faucet was shiny finish. We spent a lot of time looking for just the right kitchen faucet as we remodel our older, new home kitchen to boot. Although there are cheaper faucets available, this particular one struck a chord with us. A beautiful mix of black and brushed nickel to coordinate with the countertops and kitchen amenities.
