Originally I ordered what was defined as a "set". however, I only received the toilet base, no tank! After contacting Wayfair, they corrected the problem and sent the tank as well. FOR THE COMPLETE SET SEE "39676000 Essence 1.28 GPF (Water Efficient) Elongated Two-Piece Toilet (Seat Included)".
