This Made In carbon steel fry pan has been a great addition to my kitchen. It heats up fast, cooks evenly, and is perfect for searing, frying, or quick saute cooking. Once it is hot, it holds heat really well and gives food a great crust. The seasoned surface performs nicely and keeps getting better with use. A reliable and versatile pan that I reach for often. I am very impressed by this beautiful pan. The size is perfect but finding a lid to fit has become challenging.
