It gives a smooth cut, I am left handed - and I dont get the struggles using this opener the way I had on previous manual openers in the past...there is only one thing I question, it says it is magnetic and is apparently supposed to hold the metal covers so they dont fall into the cans, but thats not really the case with this opener. I have opened a large can of diced tomatos and a can of black olives with it so far, and it is just like all the other openers out there-the lid falls off into the food..but really, its not that much of a big deal..I mean this opener cuts like a dream, and I do like the larger easy grip handle/cutter. I would recommend this item for anyobe looking for an easy to use opener. On a funny note..apparently this item was shipped to me via Pony Express, as it took well over a week to arrive :)...it was almost two weeks, I watched the tracking..and this can opener has seen a lot of stops between California and Massachusettd...I was getting a bit jealous, it seems more well traveled than I :). I usually had to go around and manually mop and vacuum some spots after it was done. This iRobot Roomba is so, so much better. It actually gets into corners and around chair legs, and it does a great job at mopping (look at that gross mop water! That’s what it got off our floors after just a couple days of normal life). I like that you can customize a lot in the app, like if I just want it to mop the bathroom and vacuum the kitchen, I can set it to do that. It also does a great job at switching between mopping and vacuuming, like when it goes between the floor and our rugs. It’s a little bit slower than my old vacuum but I think that’s because it goes over spots multiple times to make sure it got everything. And it hasn’t gotten stuck on anything yet, which was a huge inconvenience with our old vacuum. We run the Roomba at night once a week and our floors have never looked better!. Melodies. Pack of 5 dust bags for replacement in the Samsung clean station.
