Love the pale beige color. It looks lighter in my picture but is more like the actual photo on the Wayfair site. Seat Cushions are 11 inches deep when fully inflated. One of the cushions somehow was inflated during the packaging. But overall everything arrived tightly box sealed. Im not too crazy about the Gap in the back with the velcro or in the middle but I will be adding additional pillows anyway. I like this design because it will allow me to change the color with different couch covers. Very comfortable to sit on. It is a medium firm. Was surprised when FedEx showed up with only one slim box…but trust the process. Taking out the pieces and breaking down the box for the trash took more time than assembly. Needed two people for assembly just to hold and slide pieces in at the time but all in all very easy. Cushions took some time to fluff up, the back cushions more so than the seat cushions. Seat cushions are nice and firm which makes up a bit in the sparse structure of the overall couch. Back had a nice rise where you can rest your neck on. Couch currently not sitting against a wall and not feeling any lack of support . Just received and love it. Fast shipping (despite a slight delay) and so comfortable and deep! This is the sofa I've wanted and have been looking for at the right price for a long time. Perfect size for my small apartment. Pillows come with it and I tossed on a few I already had. Soft and feels durable. The camel color appears a bit lighter in daylight and warmer in lamplight, darker in the evening. I love this. It arrives two large boxes (the left side first) then the right side on the next day and with excellent service from the courier driver. Not paid for this review and very pleased with the product.
