I purchased two sets of the Luxury Pinch Pleat White Down Feather Pillows by Puredown in King Size—one set of 2 for myself and one set of 2 for my daughter. Overall, the quality of the pillows is impressive, and the material is soft and inviting. However, they just aren’t the right fit for me. Personally, I find the pillows to be overly stuffed. They feel quite firm, making it difficult for me to find a comfortable position it feels like I’m wrestling with them rather than enjoying a restful night’s sleep. I often feel that they hold my head up too high, which puts my neck at an awkward angle. In contrast, my daughter really enjoys her pillows, so it seems that pillow preference is quite subjective. I tend to prefer a much softer, squishier pillow that I can easily hug. Additionally, I wish these pillows stayed cooler throughout the night, as I find they don’t provide the refreshing sensation I’m looking for. Although I will be returning my set, I’ve already ordered a softer set from Wayfair, which should arrive by Wednesday. They’ll be picking up the pillows that Im returning tomorrow. My daughter, however, has decided to keep hers. I wanted to share my experience in hopes it helps others with their decision. It’s all about personal preference. When I contacted Wayfair to arrange my return, the process was seamless. The customer service representative was professional and friendly, which really means a lot to me when dealing with large companies. It certainly makes me a loyal customer for life.. Eric. This pillow has the support to keep in shape, and it is comfortable and supportive to lean back on, and easy to care for! The extra fill keeps the pillow fluffy and comfortable! You will love to snuggle up on the couch with this pillow insert! They are wonderful and fluffy! Exceptionally comfortable! Fantastic quality! Look beautiful! And are very well constructed! Comfy down pillow inserts are: expertly and well filled with 95% duck feather and 5% down, cased in a white, top quality, 100% cotton, 233 thread count cover, for exceptional softness and breathability! Finished by hand with careful precise and high-quality stitching, to prevent feathers from poking out, and keep your pillow fluffy and durable for many years of happy use! The pillow provides you with the support you need, and the "Comfy" to relax whenever enjoying a movie! Notes: how to measure: pull tight along the outer seams, and measure the middle of your sham, from seam to seam, height, and width, to see what size inserts are needed. Recommended: these pillow inserts are recommended for decor sham pillows, for your couch or sofa. Decoration: for best results, your pillow inserts should be larger than your sham to correctly fill the corners of the pillow cover, this will provide a very attractive firm, and fluffy look to your sham. We recommend placing our inserts in shams that are 1" to 2" smaller than the pillow, it would depend on the thickness of the sham, a thick fabric would need a 2" larger insert to keep it fluffed, and a thinner fabric would need a 1" lager insert. Made in the USA.

I absolutely love my new pilliows. I ordered the 28 x28 size. The shipping was quick and the product description is exactly as specified. I took a few pictures so future purchases can get an idea of how big the pillow actually is in person and a side profile for the level of fluffy-ness lol. I also took an up close picture so you can see the little feathers inside. A few things I want to include in my review the pilliows arrived in clear air tight/ vacuum suction plastic wraps. So yes they were compact. Just read a keep the instructions which came on a card. I fluffed the pillows with my hand and put them in the dryer for 10 minutes low heat and they definitely were fluffed right out. The care instruction card also had specific washing instructions for these pilliows as well. (no bleach allowed lol). I washed them before putting on my bed. It does take up to 48 hours or more for them to air dry and then put back in the dryer for 10 minutes. Front load dryers are recommended but not required if you don’t have one. I definitely will be purchasing more. Patricia5000. Lexington, SC. Wed Oct 21 2026
