The third time was almost not-a-charm. The curtain rods in this package arrived bent, for the 3rd time, and I appreciate the continued help to get undamaged rods. This time, however, the bends weren’t bad enough to keep the rods from expanding to their full length. Thes design was perfect for a window with extremely limited space for a curtain rod and finials. I looked for a long time to find the right design for full functionality and my aesthetic. These were almost perfect. I’m glad I chose light weight curtains because the rod is not as big in diameter as I would have liked. I probably could use two sets of curtains on the window but I don’t think the rod would hold the additional weight. My curtains are fine and do cover the window fine but I would prefer to add an additional set for aesthetics only. I still love the design and would buy them again if they only came in this size. I did purchase a rod larger than I needed so that it is not hanging on just a weaker single rod. It has the support of the rod inside the rod that I’m not using.
