Beautiful and flawless! So charming!. Lynn. Bronx, NY. Sun Aug 31 2025

The entry doors are an intricate part of home design. All of their steel doors are galvanized to resist rust and corrosion and are comprised of 24-gauge, high-quality steel with 22-gauge steel stiles and rails for additional strength and security. These steel doors come with a one-piece, high-density polystyrene core delivering excellent insulation allowing it to meet or exceed current energy code standards. Each door comes with a 10-year warranty on the door component, a limited lifetime warranty on the prehung unit as well as a 10-year glass lite warranty. Failure to finish all six sides of the door component will void all warranties.

I needed a double door for my home (as it started as a church). This door works perfectly as the original was painted and 3 panel. I am able to paint the door on both sides. I prefer wood but that is not the original look of the church so this is a great door with more insulation and lower infiltration.. Anonymous. Sun Sep 13 2026

Q: Can I paint or stain the door to match my existing décor? A: Yes! Both the white primed door panels and the natural pine wood door panels are fully paintable and stainable. This item was advertised was “pre-hung”, “one piece”, “no assembly required”…however this was delivered in a crate completely separated into 4 pieces. The instructions provided for assembly were MINIMAL, so I called the supplier and spoke to them directly. They sent me a link to a YouTube video (again VERY minimal instructions) and emailed me an 18 page instruction manual which stated things like “remove the glass in the sidelights before installation…”. I called several windowdoor installers and they all refused to assembleinstall this unit. One door expert (with 30 years of experience) told me he had never seen anything like this product before and he wasn’t confident in the finished product. Luckily, Wafair was AMAZING in the refund process. They picked it up ( all the pieces) for a full refund. I was sad because this was a beautiful door…but it was not a product that could be used..
