I purchased the mirrors at the beginning of the remodel so I was outside of Wayfair’s refund window. However, I reached out to the manufacturer who provided excellent support, helped me resolve the issue and even offered partial compensation. Turns out the issue with the mirror was glue and not cracked glass. The manufacturer provided easy instructions on how to remove the glue, which worked perfectly. I used multiple panels to cover two walls in my home gym, and it completely changed the space. It now feels like a real gym instead of just a spare room. Having mirrors on both sides makes a big difference—you can see your form from different angles, which is really helpful during workouts.
