Preparing for a Master Bath renovation in our 1934 English Tudor. Maintaining the original cast iron tub since it’s deep (which is hard to find). While I’m still fairly young I opted to add a grab bar now since the walls of the tub/shower will be opened and additional support can be added before closing up the shower wall space with Onyx solid surface walls. Package arrived in less than 2 days. Opened and verified I received the correct color (brushed modern brass) and length. It’s a solid product that will match the rest of the Kohler shower fixtures I plan to have installed.. Lepjontek. Albany, NY. Mon Sep 14 2026

Bathroom grab bars provide a simple yet effective solution for maintaining independence, building confidence, and most importantly, enhancing safety in high-risk areas like the bathroom. These stylish handles offer reliable support for maintaining balance while standing, moving, or transitioning in and out of the shower or tub. Beyond the shower, grab bars are a practical addition to other parts of the bathroom. Positioned near the toilet, they provide reassurance and support for daily routines. With Lava Odoro's decorative grab bars, you don't have to compromise on style—these thoughtfully designed options seamlessly blend with your bathroom's décor while delivering essential functionality.

These are very sturdy, heavy-duty grab bars. They are pretty easy to install as well. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because they were easy to scratch while putting them up. Of course, I was putting the smallest one up in an awkward place at the top of the basement stairs. The largest one will eventually go on the wall for the stairs but we want to get a carpenter who knows what he is doing to install that one (i.e., find studs for better hanging and stability). I like the matte finish on them. Each bar came with its own set of screws and anchors and they all were well wrapped and secured in styrofoam in the box.. Mary. Malone, NY. Thu Oct 22 2026

Great grab bar but it came with no instructions, the cheap screws rounded out (I had to go get good hardware to install it) and the middle post is impossible to screw in properly because the decorative cover plate can't be moved far enough out of the way to allow the 2" screws to be sunk straight in. If you're a good DYI handyman, go for it. If not, hire someone to install it.. John. Sat Jan 25 2025
