These are a great upgrade if installing the coordinating ceiling tiles, however, because there are so many of them, it is a tedius task and time consuming. Very pretty and light weight! I am having my house remodeled and 75 year old plumbing is being torn I ut. The very old basement ceiling tiles will be torn out.
