Bought my Baron Grill from HHGregg in 2017, I have had the Grill outside with a cover and it works like a dream, the only thing that scratch of was the gas knobs lettering or black dial to let you know to put low and high, the cast iron grates are in very good condition, even the Ignition works. Received product promptly and in good condition. Installation instructions are confusing. Sloan inserted multiple installation instructions; some of which were not specific to the model purchased. Moreover, dimensions to place the mounting bracket relative to the outlet flange is incorrect. I would suggest that you take actual measurements mocking it up on the floor with the bracket to get a "reading" before drilling mounting holes on the wall. Valve installation instructions are intended for a professional; not a casual DIY. In the end, worked out all the kinks. Urinal is running fine. Tremendous water savings (0.125 gallons/flush) compared to older models which use ~1 gallon/flush. In terms of durability, besides the valve parts, my guess is that the flange gasket and metal outlet screen will be one of the first items to wear out.. Okc. Hayward, CA. Tue Jul 28 2015
