Very good block out light. Back lining is attacked to fabric, not separate panel. Fabric is linen like with some texture and color is called biscuit, more of a light sand, very neutral. Not to light not to heavy. I wanted it more for afternoon sun on hot days.
Arrived with creases from being in folded packing. Used good old steam iron on low steam setting keeping them folded as they came out of package. Pressed in sections.iron fit well between rings, Caution Do Not Touch Backing as it will melt !
Took 45 minutes but worth it. Look like Wayfair photo.
Length was a bit long for my application, used iron on tape ( follow instructions on package) or you could sew with heavy duty needle on home sewing machine.
