Im giving it 5 stars because 4.5 isnt an option, and 4 would be an injustice to the gorgeous color of this sectional. I did have to do some work to it, though. I spray painted the black plastic feet brown to match my decor. I also added some extra foam to give structure to the side and back cushions. It is firm and just the right size for my small living room. It does measure just over 69 inches along the back, and not the 72 inches stated in the description, but I am happy with something on the smaller size. This chaise is so comfy and so plush and fit perfectly into a small nook in my daughter’s room. I would give it 5 stars but it had a very strong “import” smell when it came out of the air sealed bag. We washed the cover, which helped, but the odor from the insert will likely linger for a while. It was so strong, it gave my daughter a headache. Either way, Everyone loves sleeping on this couch. So far so good! If you’re tackling this assembly solo, you can do it! The package came in two heavy boxes and I used a dolly to bring it to my apartment (elevators, stairs may be harder). Assembly took about an hour and was confusing at time but I figured it out. The couch looks great in person and the color is rich. I let it “fluff” for about 3 days before I sat on it, but idk if it actually got fluffier. I’m 5’9 and it may be a hair low for my height. Definitely satisfied with the price paid!. Kee. TX. This is a very beautiful sofa. The faux leather is high quality. It is soft to the touch and it is hard to distinguish from genuine leather. Wonderful, warm caramel color. The sofa comes all packed in one box which is convenient. The inserts for the cushions are vacuum sealed so that is how everything fits in a single container. The cushions fluff up very quickly upon opening and it wasn’t difficult to get them into the zippered cases. It does require two people for assembly. Support is firm yet comfy.
