Very helpful to have the remote since it’s a somewhat high ceiling and I detest those beaded pulls so many fans come with. On #4, the fan moves air well. It does make noise on #s5 and 6 but we likely won’t need those settings often. It’s very coastal looking; the blades make you think of wooden boat paddles. Very pleased with this purchase..
