We ordered this umbrella to provide shade over a portion of our above-ground pool so we'd have a place to get relief from the strong Florida sun. It provides plenty of coverage without shading the entire pool, which is exactly what we wanted. The umbrella was straightforward to set up and feels sturdy once assembled. The canopy provides excellent shade, and the ability to adjust the position helps keep the shaded area where you need it throughout the day. We've also been impressed with how well it handles wind. We've had some pretty strong gusts here in Florida recently and kept a close eye on it. It stayed firmly in place and never felt unstable. We've only had it for a short time, so I can't speak to long-term durability yet, but so far we're very happy with it. If you're looking for a large poolside umbrella that provides excellent shade and feels well built, this has been a great addition to our backyard.. Cindy. Florida. Tue Jun 23 2026

Received our umbrella yesterday and it took about 15 minutes to set up. The umbrella is nice and good value for the price. The only part that is a little flimsy is the extensions that go into the fabric. The instructions says clicks into place and mine don’t seem to click they just slid in and are being supported by the fabric. Maybe a design flaw but still usable.. Maria. Apollo Beach, FL. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first cantilever umbrella I have assembled and it was pretty easy to do. I love how much coverage the Mondawe 10 ft cantilever umbrella has and the ease of use. It’s easy to open and raise the umbrella by just turning the crank. Enhance your outdoor space with our 8ft Aluminum Square Cantilever Umbrella. Featuring a durable frame, premium canopy fabric, and unique handle design for effortless adjustment. Rotate 360 degrees for optimal shade. Note: umbrella base not included.

Love this umbrella! Easy to put together. Just be sure to order a base because it doesn’t come with one. My only complaint is that the Wayfair description online said it included a cover for the umbrella. The instructions that came with the umbrella said you need to buy your own cover. Makes no sense to me. Should come with it’s own cover. I think I’m stuck. Not sure how to order a cover that will fit.. Debra. US. Sat Jun 28 2025

This umbrella turned out to be bigger than I anticipated. It was super easy to build, instructions were very clear. I did need help to attach the umbrella to the bottom stand but overall, it took about 40 minutes to put together. I had to hold it down with some weights due to my yard not being level but the umbrella is heavy duty.. Frances. Bartow, FL. Mon Jul 13 2026
