Overall a good product. Delivery was fast, setup crew good. Quality fees solid, it’s pretty firm, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing for how it will hold up over time. Material is nice - color matches. Only negative feedback would be the side of the chaise is missing a tuft… i see now that’s obvious from the product photos. The pillows are a little odd and took some getting used to, but overall it’s actually really comfortable and feels great to sit on. My biggest complaint is that it makes a cracking or popping noise almost every time I sit down or move around on it, which is pretty annoying and makes it feel less sturdy than I expected.
