I'm giving 5 stars for Wayfair's customer service when things weren't right. the thought of sending this back made me frustrated knowing it would be a pain. So we set out to do our best. This product had issues from the beginning. Missing several holes for assembly. Luckily my hubby is handy and was able to drill the holes and we used other screws to assemply. It required lots of patience and muscle to put it together because things didn't line up exactly in several areas. Now that it is together it is very nice and strong. I contacted Wayfair Customer Service- used the chat explained my experience and they fairly compensated me whicih is what I was hoping for. Thank you Wayfair for being responsive, understanding and solution focused.. Beth. Poquoson, VA. Tue Aug 18 2026

Spacious frame accommodates twin mattresses for private patio lounging, sleek neutral style fits all garden layouts. The item was delivered without the seat cushion. When I contacted Wayfair customer service, I provided a screenshot of the original product listing and photos and was told that the item did not come with cushions. This was not disclosed anywhere in the product information/specifications when we purchased it - all the photos included the cushions. After I raised the issue, Wayfair completely updated the product page and photos then attempted to say that the cushions were clearly listed as not included. I have timestamped screenshots of the original listing showing otherwise. Wayfair then offered a $100 credit toward purchasing the cushions, despite knowing that $100 would not be sufficient to replace them. I have now been waiting for over a month for the replacement cushion or even a meaningful update on when it will be delivered. I let our account manager know several times that the cushion had to be delivered this week as we have a wedding and the swing has been mounted outside the bridal suite. We are also a business with a commercial Wayfair account, and this experience has been particularly disappointing. The way this issue was handled, including changing the product information after the fact rather than acknowledging what was originally advertised, has left us extremely frustrated. The issue was reported the day the iteam was delivered, I provided documentation, and I have followed up multiple times. More than a month later, I still don't have the missing cushion or a satisfactory resolution.. Emma. Wed Sep 16 2026

Sitting on this outdoor porch swing on a pious and tranquil day. Feels like you are exposed to a natural mattress, breathing together with nature. There seems someone murmuring. What stable structure. The capaciousness swing is suitable for three people to sit.

I love the swing, but found out that one of the boards under the seat was cracked almost all the way through. (Double check everything before putting it together because it looked like a darker grain in the board.) They have reached out to the manufacturer since it was most likely something that happened during their process. It seems really sturdy and it's adjustable to different heights. I look forward to getting that one board issue resolved.. Jmarie. California. Tue Jul 21 2026

This porch swing was really easy to put together, it was missing a carabiner but we had an extra one. It is a very nice blue and is not made of wood.
