Looks great and very solid construction. Would definitely purchase again. Description says real wood and it is real wood not particle or press board. Pine with a baked on finish which looks fantastic. Assembly is simple and the directions are straightforward. Everything aligned perfectly and it took about 45 min to assemble both boxes. I think the piece looks very nice and aesthetically pleasing. However, I do feel the price is too high for what you get. Once assembled, it does not feel very sturdy. The structure seems somewhat weak, especially considering the cost. One major issue is that the top section does not fully align or securely attach to the bottom section. It only has two small connectors holding both parts together, which makes it unstable. When you push it slightly, it leans backward, which is concerning. Husband and wife tag team to put together the armoire. The first one took 2 hours, the second one took 1.5 hours and the third one took 1 hour so in total 4.5 hrs. I purchased this cabinet for my laundry room, even though it’s marketed as a kitchen pantry, and it has worked out perfectly. One feature I specifically wanted was the four-door design. I didn’t want to deal with two oversized doors that would be cumbersome to open and close, so this layout was much more practical for my space. For the price, I think it’s a great value. It’s obviously not a high-end furniture piece—it’s a simple white laminate finish—but that’s exactly what I expected for around $175. The laminate is actually a plus in a laundry room since it’s easy to wipe clean and doesn’t seem like it will show wear as easily as painted surfaces. My husband assembled it without any issues, and it feels sturdy enough for storing all of our laundry essentials.
