The tree arrived in a lightweight, easy to manage box. It is about 3 inches shorter than 78" which is fine as it is handmade. The branches are attached securely and the trunk (made up of four intertwined trunks) looks very realistic. The leaves are a medium green and quite attractive. It took only a few minutes to "fluff" to my taste. The fact that it didn't come with a decorative pot was good as I had my own pot. The tree looks okay now but I had to put it in a corner because it does have a bald area in the back. It was a nightmare to put together. It has quite a few different pieces and theres supposed to be labeled but the labels were missing on several of them. I just had to wing it and try to make it look good. Does not look as real as the picture. The branches are perfectly tree- like, but the leaves are clearly fake. I almost returned it…. But I fluffed it up and put it in my office to see if it grew on me… Needless to say, it looks real fake up close, but in my space it’s perfect! I love it!
