This gazebo came well packaged. The instructions were spot on and we had it done in 14 hours. It is very sturdy and well thought out. I suggest that you seal the wood before putting it together as others have said. We mounted this to a pre- existing concrete patio. The mounting bolts were a little small so we changed out the way we mounted it to the slab. This thing is not moving! I had one missing part and I called them on a Sunday and a holiday weekend at that and they answered. I gave them the serial number and the part number and the gal said it will arrive in 2-5 days. Floating installation with tiles can be removed and relocated if needed. Each tile is 8 solid pieces of solid teak wood on a plastic base. The teak is responsibly harvested in Indonesia. It's regularly inspected and every shipment receives Indonesian government clearance for compliance with responsible teak harvesting.

We are currently still building out our patio, so far we are in love with look!! The tiles are very easy to work with and go together quite easily. I will add photo once the project is complete. Great project to build if you’re handy. All the wood was in good shape. I suppose 2x4s could have been a bit better. Wish the floor was pressure treated and a bit more supported by some extra joists. Roofing paper was insufficient as well. Came with 2 sheets of tar paper so there was a seem that leaked. Had to patch it already.
