Used some putty to fill the minute separation found on one side and sanded it down clean and smooth. Caps on the end are super easy to couple and attach, and again, a bead of latex caulk to hold and fill the crack. Sprayed the entire thing with Rustoleum primer/spray in white gloss. Fabulous result and could not be more happy. Highly recommend.. Mark Andrew. Lawrenceville, NJ. Tue Sep 22 2026

Amazing...I grappled with buying these columns for 2 years, because of the non-refundable policy, so I had to be sure. I have a small porch so I knew I couldnt get the columns to wide or the proportions would look odd. So I used makeshift cardboard and the like to determine what to buy...I made the best decision with the 5.63 width columns they look amazing. My contractor bought 5 wood post from our local big box store and used brackets to install them on the porch. He used his nail gun to fasten each wrap to the wood post, he said it was rather simple to install. Next he caulked all the small nail gun holes and painted ( per instructions for winter protection) looks amazing. I wanted to leave a detailed review because I couldnt find a detailed review when I decided to purchase these columns.. Mia. Redford, MI. Fri Jan 20 2023

The pedestal of this classic column adds a touch of beauty and timeless elegance to any occasion or design. As versatile as they are lovely, these columns are designed for both indoor and outdoor use. They are made of high-quality polyethylene and are created to last a lifetime. They can be easily cleaned with water and mild soap. We recommend the storage between events. This column is a gorgeous accent piece for any wedding reception, ceremony, or formal event, as well as in restaurants, businesses, photoshoots, and theater events. The look of the column can be changed by adding fabric, ribbon, and lights. The stem of this column with a set of grooves that form defined lines, while the top and bottom are covered with a series of charming patterns and decorative scrolls and accents.

I bought this pedestal for my pet peacock. It’s pretty lightweight, so depending on what you use it for, it might need some kind of anchor at the bottom but it worked great for what I needed.(after putting some sand bags around the bottom). Anonymous. Fri May 15 2026
