A bit tricky to put together. Some of the pieces are hard to slide together. Floor is flimsy. We added a piece of plywood to the inside and covered it with linoleum tiles - nice and firm now. I've had it for almost 4 years and it's held up strong in Massachusetts weather. Snow, rain, cold, ice and wind, it still looks like the day it was installed. Zipper still works. No holes. I don't notice any fading, it probably did a little but not enough to notice. I didn't have the patience or skill to put it together, I hired a handyman to do it, and it couldn't do it either. We set up the tent on a camping trip this weekend. The setup was pretty easy, and we used the instructions for the car attachment. The tent did have a couple of holes in the bottom mesh on one of the doors, but other than that, the tent was waterproof (it rained), roomy, and easy to set up.
