Came as advertised, had a small issue but the manufacturer was able to resolve. The couch is a bit firm but I'm sure over time it'll even out. These are gorgeous and of good quality as you would expect for Riedel. The only issue is that because of the lack of depth to the coupe glass they tend to easily slosh liquid out if you are walking with one. Same issue as you may have with any coupe glass though..
