We bought the Crown 310 over a year ago. It is the natural gas connected version from Broil King. Both my wife and I are retired and so most of my grilling is for just the 2 of us and the size of the bbq is about right. I grill probably 2 or 3 times a month all year depending upon occasions and dinner preferences. For personal use it is great. I have made some adjustments to the 310. I have filled in the hole/well in the bottom of the cabinet (propane tank) and have added a bar under the shelf for hanging bbq tools. First, the finish quality on this tub is very good, looks good. my main concern, and why I did not give it 5 stars is because the specifications and the CAD drawings spec the actual length at 66". However, the length is actually 65-3/4 " at the top of the tub and 65-5/8"at the bottom. This presented a problem requiring one of the end walls to be furred out so that the backerboard and tile installed correctly My rough-in was at 66-1/16" so as to allow the tub to slide in easily if it had been the length shown. This is beautiful and will be an amazing heirloom piece. I have 3 skillets from finex. I cannot recommend this brand enough. The pans are solid and heavy and truly are beautiful. Seasoning and reseasoning is something that I actually like to do to keep them non stick. These pans sit on my stove and they are what we us 95% of the time. Do it! They will last your lifetime and through your children’s lives. The pan comes unseasoned so the color is more bronze, after seasoning they will be black.
