Received this loaf pan to replace my tired aluminum spring form cake pan that was starting to fall apart after years of use. This one is made of sturdy cast iron that will last a lifetime. Bread pudding, banana bread and brownies for the family and keto versions of these treats for myself. Everything bakes beautifully in this and releases very easily. I am so excited to have this griddle. We love breakfast and this does it all. The little pans for eggs are amazing. Not so big but big enough to add anything you want to it.
