Came as advertised, had a small issue but the manufacturer was able to resolve. The couch is a bit firm but I'm sure over time it'll even out. The bidet top was easy to install once I had the electrician in to install a plug. I had a few plumbing issues, but mostly related to the age of the toilet. I am amazed at how much cleaner my toilet stays. I am happy with the cleaning wand and the appearance of the sear. I’m getting used to the opening and closing features.It took four or five times of turning the seat warmer down before it would hold. I’m just not a fan of a warm toilet seat. also I don’t feel like the dryer feature is very effective compared to others I have tried but otherwise it seems easy to operate and efficient.. Tippy. A piece of junk. When it arrived I noticed how light the box was. OK, not thick metal. I didnt pay much. But then I opened the box, and the pan wasnt even round. It was distorted, not dented in some accident. It looks like the holes drilled for the handles were too close together, and they forced it. The cheap metal obviously bent.
