[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this grill a few months ago (Regal iQue S590Pro IR) and i have done Pizza, breakfast, the best burgers (on flat griddle add-on, fajitas, rotisserie leg of lamb, low and slow brisket (with a pellet smoke box), the prefect steak and much more. It’s almost a month and the supplier have not call or contact me regarding this damage. However, Wayfair has follow up with excellent customer service and is working to resolve this issue with me.
