I'm giving 5 stars for Wayfair's customer service when things weren't right. the thought of sending this back made me frustrated knowing it would be a pain. So we set out to do our best. This product had issues from the beginning. Missing several holes for assembly. Luckily my hubby is handy and was able to drill the holes and we used other screws to assemply. It required lots of patience and muscle to put it together because things didn't line up exactly in several areas. Now that it is together it is very nice and strong. I contacted Wayfair Customer Service- used the chat explained my experience and they fairly compensated me whicih is what I was hoping for. This bench cushion is excellent quality. It isn’t as thick the cushion I replaced it with, but the foam insert is much firmer and therefore, less prone to becoming misshapen after sitting on it. That said, it also isn’t a very cushy seating if that’s what you’re looking for. For my needs, this cushion works well. The gray nonslip backing is very secure. It has ties on the back 2 corners, but I don’t need them for my purposes so I just tucked them underneath the cushion. I like that the cover is removable for laundering, but it’s also easily vacuumed of furbaby hair. I took photos immediately after removing it from the compressed packaging and then later after it had time to fully expand. I highly recommend this cushion if you don’t need something thicker.. Very comfortable and completely water proof. Soft material that feels silky easy to wipe down and clean my dog lays down on it and even if he’s wanting muddy if I just do a quick wipe down it’s perfectly clean again and has straps the clip around the bars so the wind can’t blow the cushion on both sides so I can’t flip over i’ve had mine for a few months now I always leave them outside and the sun has not changed the color of them at all. This is a great cushion. I never thought I’d find one with these dimensions, 88 x 22. Great fabric and very comfortable. My only complaint is that the ties are not well sewn into the seam. One has alre has already come off. Easy fix, though. I would still recommend this cushion. (It is currently being stored in the guest bath, because there’s a storm..lol). Valerie. Sea Bright, NJ.
