Looks to be a great product. Transolid needs to improve the packaging. Ours arrived with damage to one corner which fortunately will be hidden once installed and should present no problems in future. The Wetstyle Feel shower base is perfect. It is a soft white with a beautiful, somewhat matt (not shiny) finish that provides sure footing and the look of stone. We use a ceiling mounted shower curtain rather than a glass door to maintain an open look in a small bathroom. In our case, there was a bit of splash outside the shower pan with, possible due to the pan's slope. Our solution is to install a small quartz barrier (like a threshold). Ordered Friday, arrived Monday - VERY fast service. Shower pan was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Design is exactly as we expected and reinforcement on the underside is significantly better than the shower pans from the big box stores that I looked at. Support is very dense so floor should be very solid. I am very happy with this for our new bathroom installation in our basement. I am a contractor. Your 48 hour time window to check products does not work. We have to order building products weeks to months before a project starts. I cannot unbox a large finish product such as a vanity, shower pan, sink until it gets closer to the installation date because we have to move it from our offices to the jobsite. Larger items need to be in the boxes to help us move them to the jobsite. Once there we can inspect them. I lost $150 due to this policy.
